Did I get penalized? Someone share their knowledge please...

I used the famous pagerank prediction tool at iWebTool to check out some of my sites..

My new one OnlineGames911.com has 300 backlinks with a pagerank of (1)
But my old one PiratesArcade.com has 150 backlinks and a pagerank of (3)

Some of my other newer sites are also doing this..
... Whats up with this?.. Are my sites somehow being panalized? ...

i think you should check all of incoming links quality. good link will increase pr, and not if otherwise.
u can use this http://www.backlinkwatch.com/ to check each url refering to ur site.

Pagerank isn't based on the number of backlinks.

 

Yes I know that, its based on a number of things.. But why is this happening to like all my new sites? Could you atleast explain a little bit? Thanks.

Whats to explain? The links to your higher PR site have higher PR.
If a page has 150 pr6 links it will get a higher pr than a page that has 300 pr1 links.

Also take no notice of PR predictors at all. They are all completely bogus and any number they give you is completely made up.

Its a prediction tool that holds no weight on what you'll end up with. Call it an SEO toy that will only waste your time. I wouldn't even bother using it.
