hi. i didnt read all the lawsuits taking place for digggames. i bought dldigg.com a completely independent website. based for downloaders only. now there are 2 questions 1) Does digg own the word DIGG? cant it be used in websites domain name? 2) If on the day of the launch of the website itself i present a disclaimer on the bottom of the website that the website is completely independent and has no affiliation with digg. wont that help.
