Many people have seen their earnings drecrease recently due to Google's Penguin and Panda updates. How are you coping with that? Hmmnnn, I wonder!

Yes, it hit alot of my sites. Stop with the forum signature spam on too many forums and the link blog wheels and spamming in other ways.

I had a couple of small niche sites hit by it but nothing major. I'm lucky my bigger sites that generate the most income never got hit. It's a shame, some people have been put out of business because of the update unfortunately.

Yes, it hit a third of our sites. The sites that I had outsourced linkbuilding on...won't make that mistake again.

Some of my lowest quality websites got hit, the ones I let xrumer and scrapebox run wild. But my good quality websites (the ones that make me the most money) did not.

Both are just names to search algorithm updates. Their main purpose is to penalize sites using "unnatural techniques" such as automated link building and poor content to rank high in Google search results.

Luckily all of my site are safe.

As long as you are using the domain name than its pretty safe, do not use keywords. Signature intended for advertisement and not backlinks, change the perspective can help much these days.

I think Google Penguin algorithm views that only back links, if you have used any black hat tools for your site it will not indexed in Google. The more back links are useful to get Page Ranking (PR) in new algorithm.
