    yes there is and my site remains the same.I noticed my friends landing page is unranked but when we visited his post it is PR 2,that's very strange...

    I've gone from PR4 - PR5, very happy! Not that it means anything these days but it's still a nice feeling!

    PR depends mostly on number and quality of your incoming links. So, you should gain/build more links to see PR increasing.
