Did Google Delete my index?

I have a website that I haven't had much time to take care of. I updated it 4 times since last October, the contents are all original and informative. I can see those cache from Way back Machine and the site was indexed in Yahoo, but not in google. Did I get my index on Google deleted because I did not update it often?Normally Google crawl often and index fast, I just got really worried if I did something wrong. Is it possible that I set something wrong in the hosting or something? Please help me

Just tell me, is it new site or old site? Maybe your domain has been in Google sandbox before you create the site. Mean your site can not index by Google, without how often do you update the site.

Go to google, and search for your site.
If you see it, it is in google.

So many people think google has removed their site when all it is, the website owner does not know how to find it in google or how to do a simple google search or is too lazy to search in google or is just posting to up the post count.

    hi
try site:www.yoursite.com" on google search bar , by doing this you can check weather your site is indexed by the google or not.

Google does not deindex a website just because it was not updated.

I would advise you to use fetch as Googlebot tool to dig out the exact cause for deindexing.

If your site is not showing in the Google Search results for your keywords then maybe it is in need of some SEO. Try searching for your site's exact name and include the " ". If the site shows then it is in Google but in need of some SEO that is all.
