My site went from 6 to 3 and there was alot of movement around my keywords. Was there a change?

    Indeed.

You have to realize that sometimes what causes the change is the LACK OF CHANGE on your site ;)

Just because you have all these backlinks and all that good content doesn't make Google happy anymore. They want to see that your site is being constantly updated with fresh relevant content.

    Hope that helps :)

What is the site in question?

May be the sites you have linked to have changed and affected your rank.

Does posting content daily/weekly help you rank higher in the results?

I don't think it was an algo change, maybe a minor fix. Some of my sites jumped up yesterday as well, but it's irratic.

That's interesting, seems like a bigger shake up. I see very different results on various data centers.
