Did Future Host Suspended My Account!!!!!!!

I recently bought sizimage.com and it was going to be transfered by a friend to my server I just bought with futurehost.org a couple of days ago.

Now it's saying that: This Account Has Been Suspended
Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible.

I can't even get in to Future Host without it saying This account has been suspended etc

Hve I done some thing wrong or do you think Future Host has a problem with it's servers??

 

"this account is suspended" is likely a sign you did something wrong. contact them.

I didn't think Web Hosts would ip ban a customer??

 

no panic. suspension is usually due to non-payment.

get in touch with the billing department asap.

 

I got it to, looks like the hosting site has been suspended. Try contacting via phone or alternate email addresses. Good luck

 

Looks like futurehost is a reseller and their hosting has been suspended. Next time go with a host that runs their own servers!

 

nope their servers were down lool phew scared the hell outta me

they emailed me saying they had down time

 

If they had downtime you wouldn't have gotten to the server at all. They are reselling for http://www.eprohosted.com/ and likely didn't pay their bill on time.

 

I had FutureHost.Org and ran into that same message. The above users are correct. FutureHost is a reseller for EProHosted and the owner of FutureHost's payment failed to authorize. I had a long talk with EProHosted about this issue mainly because I needed my site back online ASAP and I didnt have any recent backups of my site, so if I had lost my files then it would be a disaster.

I dont want to bash FutureHost or bring age into this but I switched to EProHosted(All of my files and DB's were moved instantly while I was talking with their support) I dont like the idea of basing my websites ability to be active and on the net on a some 16 year old kid that cant pay his bill on time.

 

Considering all the competition out there now, you're very right. Why go with a child with a reseller account when so many established and legitimate companies out there will provide hosting for next to nothing.
