Did drastic changes to home page and..

    Hello,

    I have a question and kinda strange situation, I made some drastic changes to my homepage and its out of rankings, inner pages out rank homepage even for site name, homepage is indexed. I think that time will fix this issue. I want to ask, have you ever been in sucha situation and what happend?

    Yes, web page design changes and movement\removal\change of content will effect your SERPs, they may recover and they might not. It depends on how much you changed.

    I also think you need to be patient. Just keep on building links.

    What kind of change did you do?

    Design? I also did a redesign of a website and ranking did not change, because
    the HTML markup stayed the same, I just changed the seperate CSS.

    Yea, sometimes that happens when you make changes of that sort. You'll probably get 'em back though.
