Maybe it's just me, but as soon as I see that generic 'sales letter' page format I instantly close the window.

What are you hoping to learn for your $30?

I think a lot of these 'gurus' give a bad name to our industry, and the pages and sales tactics they use are very spammy, yes (Not spam, spammy)

What makes it even worse is how the usual names always crop up, recommending each other and putting each other down like it's one big circle-jerk where the only people winning are those taking the money off the people deluded into thinking they're going to learn 'the secrets of the masters'

If you want to learn about AdWords, start with Google's free training. If that's not enough for you, read this forum and ask questions. If you need to read a book, buy a real one like Winning Results with AdWords which even Matt Cutts recommended (Although it's a bit out of date now - hopefully a new edition due soon!

Nope, wasn't talking about you as a spammer. Good or bad, I consider anyone that sells information in this manner a spammer. Target the money of the weak by selling them a pipe dream...
