Just wondering if this is cost effective for promoting any website.. Ideally, I want to try car bumper ads etc.. Any thoughts are appreciated.
Do you mean physical bumper ads that would be placed on cars? If so I would try to use more types of online advertising as people can't "click" on a bumper ad and usually don't take the time to remember a website from the back of a car.
