When was the last update? I've added a couple new sites since what I thought was the last update (April, I believe) and I thought an update was happening during the last week or two, but I'm not seeing any pr on these sites (and they definitely should have PR). Did I miss something or has the update not happened/finished yet?
There was an algo update called Bourbon that seems to have completed a week or so ago. It lasted 2 or 3 weeks I think. During that time, it appears that BLs were also updated. However, there has been no PR update since (yes I believe) April. /*tom*/
Ok good to hear that I'm not completely off my rocker. I didn't think there had been a PR update but BL's do seem to have updated.
I have not noticed anything happening with an update. I hope there is one cause I have a few new real estate sites that have been up and it would be nice.
Google has been rolling out a series of changes over the last month which have had noticeable impact on SE rankings, etc. It has probably not yet completed.
I have a site it is now PR5 - yesterday it show a PR4. I have notice that, all link page with PR3 - PR4 all now shows PR0. Best Bytofair
Backlinks have changed on most of my sites. Some up and some down. PR's have stayed the same apart from one site which went down to PR0 from PR1.
Looking at the sites I watch, there are a bunch of changes. But my main sites have been bouncing back and forth between two sets of data for a while now.
pagerank of my main page went from PR5 to 6, Related inner pages like articles and other content related to my site's PR has also increased from pr3 to 4. but the directory page and link exchange page of my site has gone from 5 to 0 sarathy.s
Woke up this morning to find a bunch of competetive keywords fall completely off the map. Disconcerting to say the least. Hopefully just temporary.
My sites seem to be back to the PR from before the last update. That might explain the PR0 for new pages? A lot of my newer sites have dropped to PR0. My traffic hasn't moved though, so I'm not worried yet. pilks.
