Iam working with adbrite almost 2 years with no problems ! earning is great with adbrite and i am happy about it !

i have at least 7 sites running adbrite ads,
today i noticed that there is no ads showing in my pages, nothing!!

in my Manage Ad Zones: View "Your Ad Here" Page :
i get this weird messege in all my zones !!

    This site is inactive.
If this is your site, click here to retrieve your AdBrite HTML. Please copy your AdBrite HTML in its entirety, and paste it into your site, overwriting your existing AdBrite code.

simply i did what they asked, and pasted the new code to my pages, but still get the same This site is inactive messege !!

what is that suppose to mean ??
is anybody have the same problem ? or my account is banned ? or anybody have any idea !

i sent them email, but from i know from experience their support is very poor with emails, is anybody know what is their phone number ?
the phones which listed in adbrite site is just : Voice: (415) 975-0916 Fax: (415) 538-0865 !! its voice and you need to put some kinda number for code ID !!

i still didnt get any response by email from them !!

i tried calling them with this number (415) 975-0916, the answer machine said : techinical support is available only by filling the contact form in their website and they will get back to to me!!

lst time i had a problem with one of my zones they answerd my email 1 month after!!!

seems its going to take days or weeks or maybe more until they get back to me, and time is money !! i guess i am removing their ads codes and use something alternative for now!

but its a shame that there is no phone support and their email support is very poor !

Well .. i have to admit that Adbrite support is the best !!

they responded to my emails, and the problem is fixed !! but i can't get clear explanation for the cause of the problem. anyway .. who care, what's important that my ads are up and running.

Adbrite always responds to my emails as well, but the timing is very poor. It once took them almost 5 days to respond to 2 of my support questions.

    Same problem here.

Why they not send an email to explain the problems, but just inactive the sites...

Have to send emails to them....

interesting. this is exactly why most online companies dont have phne #'s the assume after you get pissed you will just forget about it and they will keep the cash left in your account instead of paying it out.

Try to contact the support and then just wait. Do other things and don't think about it until you get an answer.

I'm new to adbrite, but my guess on a problem like this is from a programmer's point of view.

Your site probably went down and had some downtime. Adbrite locked it in as inactive and pushed it off to the side. They may not have a spider or any code that makes ad code check to see if the site is back up so they have to manually re-enable a site. Hence is why you had to contact them about the problem.

I don't know why they'd do their code like that, but it's only a guess since I don't have access to their code. :D
