After the august 2007 pagerank update my website went from pr 4 to a pr 2. I was surprised as it has many quality back links including yahoo directory.

The google webmaster central shows medium pagerank for non www domain and low pagerank for www domain. I did a 301 redirect yesterday from non www to www.

My question is how much time will the search engines take to update the index and boost the rankings. In the niche it operates it probably has the highest quality backlinks. But yes the website is only 8 months old.

    Thanks

Usually it take one -> two pagerank updates till all the pagerank value is passed.
