Honestly, they are bad names. I wouldn't even pay reg fee for any of them. If you're gonna invest in any .tv names, you've gotta be very, very picky in what you register because there's not much left that are worth registering. Maybe look at the aftermarket if you're looking for .tv names. Remember, .tv names cost a minimum of $24.95/year @ Enom.tv or more with others, so it can be very expensive registering crap names.
