    when looking at jewelry affiliate programs. Try to look at the site first to see if it matches your audience based on who they are and there budget to spend. Then compare commission rates but most importantly check out there return days. since jewelry high ticket diamond purchases can take more then 90 days to make a purchasing decision.

    Pingo Dot Com makes some really good points.

    Match the product to your visitors. Don't sell diamonds just cuz they're high ticket
    if a larger percentage of your surfers would be into nipple rings. :p

    He's also right that in general the higher the ticket, the longer the decision process and lower the conversions (sometimes.)

    I wonder that about shoes too. I'd never buy shoes or diamonds online but LOTS of people do. Lucky for affiliates! :)

    why not trying BlueNile.com's affiliate program? BlueNile got written about last year on Time as one of the best places to buy diamonds overall. I promoted them then and got a really good conversion rate for my traffic.
