    Site has all unique information artciles about Diamonds and jewellery written by me or for me.

    Reason for selling: I have not put any effort into this and doubt if I will have time with other sites I'm working on etc. For a period last year the site was offline due to server problems (and i didnt realise for a while), but it is all back now and still fully indexed by google etc.

    This niche on the site was getting adsense clicks in the $1+ area , so if you can drive some traffic to this site I'm sure it will pay well.

    Visitors approx. 60-100 uniques/month

    Revenue : Adsense made about $10 in last year.

    This revenue is with no promotion and the site was offline for a while last year. This is a high paying niche over $1+ clicks so with a little promotion and traffic this site should pay very well.

    Checked and the site also made a few clicks with chikita on the site.

    This could definately get some good adsense revenue if someone built up the traffic. The niche Diamond jewellery etc pays high per click.

    Your site is ok pal but I think you might be breaking the Google TOS by merging the color of your adsense ads with that of your site - check it out.

    No this site is fine. The recent policy change was mainly to do this the images next to adsense issues. This site does not have images by the ads.

    The new owner will not have any problems with the ads on this site as they are currently.
