dialup time import interrupted.

    We're using Optigold ISP v3.3.2

    We did our dialup time import for last month, but it was interrupted several times by network issues at the time. Now many of our customers have dialup time repeated for the same month several times. We would like to delete the dialup time for November for all customers, and then redo the import. Search and replace won't work in the dialup time field. How do we accomplish this?

    Search for usage data with a date of 11/1/2004...11/30/2004 and then delete the results.

    we also had a problem importing our time usage. Where do we do the search and delete the data from so we can reimport? our problem was that we had 2004 for january and 2005 for February. So instead of that importing one months data it imported 13 months for this time period.
