Dialog with your advertisers

    Hi,

    So I run this magazine where I got a few advertisers. Most of them have been advertising on my site for 4-6 months, so I assume their happy with the product.

    One of them is about to expire, and I know that they won't be ordering any new advertising before after the summer. I want to send out a little survey, and ask a few questions about the advertising. What they are happy with, if there is anything they think they could have done better and if there is anything they think I could have done better.

    Can you come up with any more questions I should ask?

    Why not try keeping him on board by offering a discount or a special?

    Yeah, of course I'm trying that too.. but just incase, I want to try getting a little information out of him that might come in value later..
