Does anyone know how to make a dhtml advertisement that slides up from the bottom of the page? I've seen it on the sitepoint forums, basically once the page loads there is a ~100-150 pixel high dhtml advertisement that has a close link on the right hand side. I'd love to incorporate this on my site.

The ad is called a "Catfish"... we did a three-part blog series on exactly how we created them. Just do a search on our site and you'll find it.

    Cheers,
    Matt.

If you are using Microsoft Frontpage like I do (please don't judge me, LOL!), there's a toolbar that offers about 10 different DHTML effects including sliding left, right, up, down, bounce, etc.

Anyway, I haven't use that for a while.
