I was the client of this hosting. I paid 1 year in advance and only after a few days got a permanent suspension. Without any explanation. It was a robbery. All the advice: touring this offer!

The second day is a hacker broke into the site and stole my password. The hacker entered the forum and crashed forum. Completely unprotected site for support. Only 6 letters for a password, the hacker can easily exploit.

Who needs proof I will gladly send. I keep them still.

 

Now tell me is it my responsibility to protect your password??!!! You should have reset it. We have features to easily reset the password to something you want.
And since you havent mentioned your domain name, I cant comment on the direct reason of your suspension. But we suspend if you are spamming, or creating load or excess resource usage.
I am sure none of my clients would wish to be hosted in a server where there is load and problem with availability of resource. We know how to serve our clients. About 500 clients are with us. So we have nothing to prove. They are happy and satisfied.

I had been followed rahuldas for months and watched how he had seriously taken care of his forum.
I think he is right about the excessive resource usage.
Rahuldass, I know how he answered or feedback to a customer, be it existing or new customer.
I haven't started this hosting yet, and I already know how his support.
My ticket opened never he failed to reply and did I say...I am still no hosting with them?

I have one question here, what did the extra addon domain inside the order area means?
Did it mean per single domain or unlimited domain?

addon domain means the no of extra domains you can host in a single account.
You can use a hosting account to host multiple websites. If a plan says you can host 2 websites and you want to host 3 websites then you need to order an extra addon.
