DHL Track Number , Plzzzzz Help me fastly

hi ,
i'm set my account to the secured delviry by dhl and my payment had
isseud -they take 24 $ courier fees

but my account dose'nt shows the track number and i contact google but
no response

i need fast solution to get my payment please and not lost

Your corier Track ID will disply only after DHL delivered that cover
This thing happed to me for past 6 months....
Don't worry it will reach you on 30th or 1st oct

i contacted them but they need the track number

i'm fread they could lost the Letter or they give it to another person in my home
