    I don't think its exist. People looking for it for years. DeviantArt using custom made script.

    I already asked few programmer around and all of them said at least $2000 needed to code something like that.

    Yeah I can imagine it is a very large project if you really want a copy.
    It has a lot of feature that all have been build throughout the years DevianArt has been up.
