This is something I have been bouncing around for a bit and want to see how how you folks receive it....I would like to hear opinions on what you think...Here is the general idea... I own a good size portfolio of domain names. Some great...some I would be lucky to break even on (from my first month of buying of course)... I am looking for a partner to create content and start jacking up the ratings for the domains through development and ultimate sale. Maximizing all potential avenues for revenue streams/search engine hits, etc...Lowest promotional costs possible of course too...(of course...lol). Building value! This would be a 50/50 contracted venture as a partnership/joint venture/etc. The details would have to be worked out of course. Basically, I own the domain...you provide/create content and we split ALL profits down the middle. Of course that would be less reg fees, hosting, etc (the little stuff). We will both be protected on our respective ends of the agreement/partnership. This would be limited to a US citizen on the eastern seaboard of the US. I want to be able to meet them in person...no exceptions to this stipulation. Yes, I want to be able to sit down and chat if this gets to such a point. I don't care how young or old you are, just that you can provide your end of the bargain extremely well and we would be able to get along seamlessly. I love to hunt for domains...not as interested in the development end. Over time, this will become cookie-cutter for your end too, with just a few adjustments here and there I am sure. I am looking for quality work and not...well...you get the point. I can make crappy websites myself. Please PM me with your thoughts ideas and/or to see if this is something that makes sense. Even a general opinions about this subject would really be appreciated! I am not guaranteeing anything to anyone yet and am just looking to see how the above would be received.
