Developing TOS and Privacy Policies

    I am in Need of a Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for my website. Does anyone know where I can start one of these or a walkthrough to writing one myself?

    Freeprivacypolicy.com is one I used and then just edited to my needs

    This might help it's free. It's the terms of service and privacy policy that Automattic Inc uses for automattic.com, wordpress.com, gravatar.com, intensedebate.com, and akismet.com and they have made them available under a Creative Commons Sharealike license. All you need to do is change out their names for yours. You can see them and the details here:
