Developing Parked name affect SERP?

Recently i purchased a domain that was parked for the last 1 year. Now i am planning to develop it.

So will affect ranking or something else??

I dont think it will affect ranking of your site.

In my own experiences, Google would like new domains more and usually gives them higher ranking though they would also usually be in sandbox.

won't and an old domain is better than a new one. Only thing you need care is if the domain had bad history on index or adsense or something

 

It's nothing to worry about, you can still rank well in the serps.

 

Build some content, start some link building and put that parked domain into drive!
