I am looking for a couple very sharp LAMP developers. This is a business proposal with % ownership in the company as your compensation. Currently the site is running well. We are developing additional features. One of our developers is leaving the project due to not being able to meet time requirements. I require a minimum of 10 hours per week commitment. If you cannot meet this then I do not need you.

Skills Needed PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, SVN, Ajax, XML, JSON

We will be connecting to 6 separate API interfaces to search for data for our users. A thorough understanding of XML get, put, and parse is required.

You can take a look at our site at jobshouts dot com. We have a developer that is staying on and one that is leaving. I need 2 people to make things happen.

Currently site is connected to twitter, google, and indeed.com API's we are looking to create the next generation job search engine.

Send me a PM if Interested.

I think you are crawling ads from other job sites or search engine and storing in database, right?'

Hmm I guess that is one way to look at it. I have been working for free since January. Although an equity stake will make you a lot more money than being paid by the hour. If you had any inkling as to what we are doing and what market we are in, you might feel differently. I have 3 developers working on the project now, we all share the same vision. Success
