Buying Developer who can create dating website from scratch (with matching algorithm)

    I'm looking for a talent who can create a dating website, with Web 2.0 look & feel.
    Budget around $250-$500, for prototype.

    If you have any experience building this kind of matchmaking site, do let me know.

    Do you mean you have a budget of 250$ for a Dating Website Made Fully from scratch?
    C'mon mate even good scripts cost that much. Please be reasonable.To build a complete dating network it would take at least 200 hours of work. We need to prepare a full project proposal. One would charge that much jsut for the documentation.

    I agree. Be realistic.
    This kind of system can take many hours. The total charge for this would indeed be much more than you are stating.
