Developer or Just a Web Designer?

    Hi,

    I need to know what is the proper title to a person that knows how to Design's and Code.

    here's the stats

    Design(Photoshop) = 95%
    XHTML + CSS = 95%
    Ajax + Javascript = 70%
    Php + Database = 30%
    Joomla + WP = 30%
    Flash + AS2 = 40%

    I don't think there is a consensus -- producers of web pages titulature has been argued about ad infinitum.

    how about if:

    Design(Photoshop) = 85%
    XHTML + CSS = 85%
    Ajax + Javascript = 40%
    Php + Database = 10%
    Joomla + WP = 10%
    Flash + AS2 = 20%

    Is it still a developer?

    What are common responsibilities of a web developer that suites the skills above?
