developer needed to optimize

    we did run our website for few days and changed servers for 5 times and still have high load with this site !!!

    currently hosted on a dedicated server and still made loads !

    we'r needed to a developer to optimize somethings related vBulletin script for solve this issue, bcz that was not depend to server optimize

    There are tutorials on vBulletin com/org. Do you have any PHP accelerator or PHP cacher installed? Would you be willing to install them if needed since you have a dedicated server?

    What are the server specs? There are many things you can do from a software aspect, such as a php caching engine, tuning applications such as the web server and mysql. If you are interested in letting me have a better look, feel free to PM me.

    nope, we do not have php accelerator and php cache installed!

    website located on a dedicated server with below details

    Quad Core Q9550
    4GB RaM

    i'v said around server details

    That's because MySQL and Apache are taking too much CPU/RAM which is causing
    the server to hang. It seems that there is a broken script running with some
    kind of loop in it.

    so script will be needed to a optimize / tuning by a vB developer

    Hosting support.. They did tweaking (Example: Set apache-server to only allow 100 connections per ip or simular), set up firewalls.

    Well, they told me if that happens often, I'll need to switch on dedicated, but that's what you did as well.

    I think it would be best if you ask DP mod's to help, because I'm sure they had simular problems before.
