Developer needed to build a site where users can schedule Tweets.

    Basically need the user to be able to login to site (separately to Twitter)
    Login via oauth to their Twitter account
    Add a Tweet
    Select times to Tweet in the format hh:mm, dd/mm/yyyy
    or
    Tweet every X hours Y times (with tick box to Tweet now)
