Buying Developer for Marketing Tool / Website Project

    Hi all,
    I posted here a couple weeks ago. However, didn’t find an appropriate developer.

    I’m looking for a clone of visitor-track.com or visistat.com (this one specifically). Design is minimal, but development of all features is key. In addition to that, I would like it to eventually be open source or open api.

    My timeline is ASAP.
