I want create a static website in HTML. So, what kind of requirement i need to create? or What steps I have to follow to create a static website in HTML?

Yes, first you must read some tutorials like for example this one: http://www.html.net/tutorials/html/

 

Go through this tutorial which describes on how to create your first Web page by coding HTML: http://www.hitmill.com/html/primers/lesson1.html . Also, you can learn more about HTML at: http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp

 

Check out WYSIWYG It will help you learn the basics when you place objects via GUI and then go from there. Look at simple websites and try to mock them. Using your server online or XAMPP... or just use your local machine loading the pages you make.

You will need to learn some CSS to make it easier on you my friend, otherwise it will be limited. Learn to use Photoshop and splice... then coding a site with CSS/HTML/JS

 

Quickest ways are:
1. Learn basic html tags;
2. Find some free template;
3. Edit/modify the template.

That's all, you can make a site within 2 days I guess.

It is all about codings of html. If you have a good understanding of this then go ahead with your own else hire some expert to help you out. And if you are learning then go to google, keep trying different aspects to see what you are creating.
