You'll have to be approved for adsense first before an adsense plugin will benefit you. The first thing you want to do is get your website on line and established with content then apply for adsense. You can add plugins as you go. I recommend using a free theme to start off with, you can always change your theme at a later date. Doing things step by step is the best way to go so you don't get over whelmed. I'll set a blog up for you for 30 bucks, you'll need hosting and a domain name. I can help you with that if you need it. Plugins will be 10 bucks each plus the price of the plugin but again you really don't need them until you start adding content.
