in my college i get 1 project bengkel to develop a system using c++.the system is product review management.that system should link with db oracle.anybody can help me to show the example of this system wthin the coding?please help me because i dont have idea to start progress the system also no basic in this.or u can list for me the best website i can get the system.
If you attended your lectures surely you would learn the basics and from there you apply your creativity to your new skills and off you go. I've done IT at university - they don't ask you to do anything without ensuring you have the resources available. It might be "read chapter x through to y" but they will tell you.
