Income currently very low (about $100 month) but currently has one text link advertiser.

7. Reason for selling? Trying to manage to many sites at once. As you can see I have no time to update this site for a long time. I am going to focus on about 6 of my core sites.

I am no huge rush to sell this site so I will likely take offers for another week or so (although I would like to get it off my hands). how is the pr obtained? I don't see a lot of inbound links as far as google or yahoo goes.

I understand that the current BIN is above one year estimated revenue but IMO the new owner could easily make $200 to $500 a month with some effort finding text link advertisers.

Lorien, I had it linked to from a few of my other network sites and had an additional link from another high PR site. No tricks were used but I can't guarantee it will stay at present PR (though I really doubt it would fall lower than a 6).

DevBox.net used to be a similiar site of mine but we thought DevRead.com was a better domain for this article site (plus it's a .com). My partner must have done a permanent redirect from DevBox.net

DevBox.net used to be a part of www.devboxforums.com (another forum I own and yet another site I am considering selling soon).

Anyway, I will include the DevBox.net domain in the sale if you want it.

I also need to add that the domain DevRead.com is registered in one of my partners name. He will transfer it to you.

Some question to ask.
1.) Are you going to keep the link in tags? It seems that PR is coming from your network.
2.) Will the author still be around after you sell your site?
3.) Is it possible to host it at where it is now?

1. I currently only have it linked to from just a couple of my sites. I'll keep those the same for at least two months.

2. There is no current authors. Basically you request articles from many different people on forums. A lot of people want to submit their articles because of the link back.

3. Probably but I'll have to let you know for sure later.

Is the site entirely run by ArticleLive PHP ? - I.E. how much modifications have you had to do to make the site ? - eg the blogs ?

 

How much is this site making from adsense alone please?

 

Very interesting website, PR7 sounds very attractive, but it could drop like a stone if the supporting links are removed.
