Dev or sell?

Not sure if I will dev this or sell it. I do know that the Screen Actors Guild and her players/actors are very vocal online and do pay monthly fee's for online memberships left and right. (this site has something on it as more or less a place holder with dev potential currently).

Just would like an opinion on value and if it is worth the dev time if you would think it is otherwise deemed worthy of development.

thanks for reading and for your time.

Domain doesn't have much value on its own IMHO so you may be better off developing it. However If you planning a membership/subscription service the forum in the end may not be a good fit.

SAG, the Screen Actors Guild, doesn't mean anything? On which planet do you speak?

I don't think that many people seeing the initials "SAG" would automatically think of that name. I for sure didn't.

You would need to develop & brand it to get people to know of the site.

I'd surely consider development before sale as an option. That if you are a developer yourself and can handle the job without needing to hire anyone to do that for you. Still, if hiring is what you'll be after, do a research first (a poll, a survey) to see what people think of the name.

Best place to do this is probably a forum where people speak the "Screen Actors Guild" language, otherwise do not be surprised to receive negative feedback. I haven't got much idea what that is. But you should not get discouraged, just do a proper research. Luck.
