Determining the value of an ecommerce website

I contenplating selling one of my dropshipping ecommerce sites. How do I go about determining a good selling price? Site makes great money, but I know traditionally values are based off tax statements.....but I also have a great accountant.......... if you know what i mean....

Im expecting it to gross around 50k this year by xmas time. Has roughly a 25% profit margin.

Most sites I have bought have been priced roughly 8-10 times monthly profit.
