    There are various keywords tool (free or paid). if you are going for free, google adwords keywords tool and traffic estimator is the primary tool i suggest. For paid go for Market Samurai keywords tool.

    Adwords keyword tool is free and works well. I also use SpyFu to check what keywords the competition is using. The trick is to find keywords that are in the middle of the pack, not the front runners. The big guys have the best keywords fully exploited, making it next to impossible for the little guy to compete.
