    Two questions:

    1. How do I find the Google PageRank for my site?
    2. What is the PageRank scale (highest and lowest rank)?

You can find google pagerank with below tools:
    1. Install google toolbar and enable pagerank on your browser.
    2. Install searchstatus plugin on your firefox

Pagerank scale is N/A,0,1,2,3,4...10 (Max 10), min (0)

PageRank relies on the uniquely democratic nature of the web by using its vast link structure as an indicator of an individual page's value. In essence, Google interprets a link from page A to page B as a vote, by page A, for page B. But, Google looks at more than the sheer volume of votes, or links a page receives; it also analyzes the page that casts the vote. Votes cast by pages that are themselves "important" weigh more heavily and help to make other pages "important".

Google assigns a numeric weighting from 0-10 for each webpage on the Internet; this PageRank denotes a site’s importance in the eyes of Google.

You are right but there is one more important info
Pagerank is a float no. ..
Pagerank can be some what like 1.324353769856 but G servers show it as 1 but internally for any Search Operation the full pagerank is considered :)
