Determining Bid of Advertiser on Your Site?

I am looking for ways to find low bidders that ar advertising on my websites.

First of all, it seems obvious to me that some content will get low bidders no matter what. For example, an article on pencils will probably not net you too much for a click on the adds related to that topic.

However, articles on gold watches might fare better.

So my question is, on a page with content and ads on high ticket items:

Would the PR, age and Alexa rank give any indication of the advertiser's bid amount?

Do you think that a fairly new website with low PR and low Alexa might bid higher to try to get established?

Do you think that an older website with some PR and a decent Alexa rank might bid lower, because they don't want to spend huge money on AdWords?

Do you think that it is impossible to tell who the low bidders might be? (excluding MFA sites which bid low anyway)

Problem is even you find them, is it possible to filter all of them. Some conetent get only cheap one anyway.
