Determine Value of a Backlink

    There is a site out there somewhere that lets you input a URL to determine the value of getting a link from that URL (on a scale of 1-10 or something). anyone remember the site or page it's on?

    thanks a bunch, knew it would be easy to find. the pr function of that script wasnt (every site I pulled up had a PR0) working for me earlier, but I'll give it another shot tomorrow.
