Desperately needing help, no password

    I'm having some serious problems.

    I started out working for this ISP about 3 weeks ago as a System Admin. Everything was cool, no problems.

    Today, my boss hands me a Macintosh computer telling me that they need the account information off it and then to Ebay the computer. So, no problem right? Wrong.

    They have no passwords for the Optigold software, so I don't know what to do. To make matters even worse, they had some kid in here a couple of months ago and he deleted some files. I have no idea what files he deleted, but I do know that I found a file on the desktop called hacking software with a whole bunch of files in it.

    If any one can help, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

    It doesn't. This guy done a duplicate post. Should have been in Optigold. Thread is answered there by Shawn, someone needs to delete this.
