for a general golf website, which of these might you choose (all available, unless someone who reads this thread decides to buy them). or suggest something else that's available if you feel so inclined... the-golf-pro.com allknowingcaddy.com your-golf-pro.com gogolfingnow.com learngolftoday.com virtualgolflibrary.com thexgolf.com golfgolfgolfgolf.com thepitchingwedge.com drivingthegreen.com
A couple of those are pretty specific...learn golf, virtual library. I would go with one that has golf in the title, but frankly, none of those make par.
yeah, all good sugge4stions...let me add gameofgolf.net hittingthegreens.com thegolffool.com thegolfingfool.com playwinninggolf.com
well, it will be pretty general in naturre....both golf history, statistics, courses, technique, etc.not one specific area.
It'd be nice to have at least one of your keywords in the domain (golf), but I would go for "drivingthegreen" it's a bit more memorable for the user to rememeber and you might even get word-of-mouth referrals. Buy it b/f someone else does.
It's one way of looking at it. Or you could go with golf-driving-green-golf-caddy-buy-golf-clubs.com Some people think it'd be easier to rank
btw, where are you from that you speak spanish..or maybe you don't, but i'm taking a guess from the tomisimo thing.
I will go for a domain name that's related to the keyword i'm targetting. IMHO, Golf is pretty general and i think it'll be quite hard to rank well, and you may struggle to promote it up the SERP. I will go and find a golf niche and restart my domain name list. All the names suggested are okay and maybe memorable but if you can't get your visitors to come back again and again, you'll need the search engine to help you. Thus, you may want to reconsider all your domain name suggestion. I suggest find a niche...
ALl looks like stretch to me. WHy not try something like golfplus, yourfreegolf, bestgolfonline... or use an info/biz/us domain..
