Selling Desperate need of money selling msnletters.ws

Im in desperate need of quick money and im selling a site i would normally not sell.

Msnletters.ws is a site for kids that play around with chats like msn etc and that love to make text crazy and play a bit with widgets and images. I have more busy sites then this and will keep all links to it in tact. I will also keep hosting in tact and renew the domain for you as it is comming up for renewal around the 29th of this month.

The income is only adsense and so low because i never did anything with it .. and uhmmm ... its adsense thus like always low as it can be hehe. So in essence anyone that understands a bit how to mess with sites will be able to increase this a whole lot in time with some dedication.

I own my own server and thus ill throw in free hosting for at least a year, so the site needs not to be changed but ill help get it moved it you want too.

What im also willing to do is give out a free account for my other site glittertools.com to the final buyer and fill it with 500 dollar worth of credits which can be used to buy new content for the site too if needed (its a widgets store).

The site has around 700 users a day but has more potential. If the final buyer wants some things changed i created all aspects of the site thus that is no problem.


I can show real interest people also stats etc but all is true what im saying here so if you want we can talk more about it in PM or email.
