Desparate for additonal Optigold ISP licenses

    We are in dire need of additional licenses for Optigold ISP. We will run out in less than a month, probably in two weeks. We have not been able to contact Digital Point by phone or email.

    There has been a problem where we were getting ~1M emails per day, so we are a little backed up on emails trying to sift through them all. If you give me the email subject, I can search for them specifically.

    We have had a rather long pm about this. It was left at someone from sales would need to handle this and my asking if you would have someone from one from sales contact me or would I have to start the whole process over again. I have not heard from you about it in several days so I assume I have to start this whole email/phone mess over again.

    It has become obvious that you have no desire to support this product. I would say don't worry about the additional licenses but it is obvious you are already there.

    I would warn everyone to never buy a product from this company or individual. We have been out of licenses for more than a week and it is of absolutely no concern to digitalpoint. The negative impact on our business is of no concern to digitalpoint. shaun got the money and he is bored with optigold so sorry about your luck.

    I have nothing positive to say about my interaction with shaun/digitalpoint.

    shaun, don't give me that garbage about being swamped with spam. Even mediocre spam filters will help. What about answering the phone or clearing out the voice mail? What about when someone keeps giving contact information to buy the licenses, you can't even pick up the phone to take their order. You can't even have "someone from sales" pick up the phone and call to take the order.

    You are simply full of crap. You can keep your licenses. We are in the process of migrating away from optigold so we can actually operate our business. But then that is what you wanted in the first place isn't it, one less optigold sucker to bother you.

    Yes, I know that I did not use proper capitalization for shaun/digitalpoint/optigold. You don't deserve that much respect.
