Desktop tool for manually creating Google Shopping feeds?

    Is there a desktop tool that will allow me to create correct feeds for Google Shopping - particularly for the UK version of the shopping search results?

    My site only features a handful of products. The shopping cart I use does not have the option to export a Google Shopping feed.

    That is exactly what I did. I simply hired a guy from Odesk to create the feed from my SQL tables. Only cost about $10....
