Very simple answer, add your website to Google website specially the sitemap, than google will automatically understand the URL, play around with google webmaster than you will understand 2. Simple task, add your website to Google Analytic, there you can understand how many people are coming to your site by desktop, tablet and even mobile phones.. mobile search and desktop are not different search, search quires is all the time same whether you do it from mobile or desktop.. the factor your website, does it support desktop version and mobile version.. 3.
