Desktop Memory (Rams) questions

    1. Are 240-Pin DDR2 533 (PC2 4200) and 240-Pin DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) compatible when used on the same system?

    2. Is DDR2 and DDR3 rams compatible when both is used on the same system?

    (Dumb question, I know. I don't know too much about hardware.)
