I am looking for a good helpdesk...what do you guys think? Desk Pro or Kayako? DeskPro Pro - Short-term Low startup @ $195 Pro - Desktop Notifier Con - Long Term of removing their backlink, then you would have paid close to $3,000 Kayako Con - High Startup @ $595 Con - No Desktop notifier Pro - Long term - their complete package including backlink removal is a total of $1500 for 10 seat lic. Both appear to be good, and both appear to have their pro's and con's.... What do you guys think?
In the end, a help desk does just that, communicates back and forth between buyer/seller... If you are a new business, and cost factor is a concern, then go with DeskPro and if your business takes off, then you can always switch too Kayako. why put more of a financial burden on yourself then need be? If your business does not take off, then you would have only spent $195 on deskpro, but if you bought kayako, then you would have spent much more then just $195 as their esupport alone is like $595.... Of course if you already have a successful business, then kayako maybe the option for you, unless you are just a penny pincher and you just want to save money as long as you do not mind showing deskpros backlink.....
