I recently took a gamble on a couple of domain names

    HTC-Ace.com & DesireHD.co.uk

I had read a blog about one month ago that showed a screen-shot of vodafone in Germany's database and on screen you could see a little line of txt that read "DesireHD/ACE", So i figured this may of been the name of their yet to be released Android phone.

So I registered both the domains above with hosting, hopeful that HTC would name the phone correctly.

On Wednesday 15th this month HTC announced there new phone as the DesireHD :)

I have now listed the domain for sale on Ebay (320592759554) and I'm wondering if it would be a mistake to sell it so early ?

    What would you do ?

Don't sell the domain. You could use it to promote your referral link for an IFW site.

As you might know phone models are coming everyday now. so don't think that DesireHD will be hot forever + there's a copyright infringement issue because most likely it's a registered model name. If I was you, I will sell if i get a decent offer.

@weblinkerseo Not sure how much to sell for yet. Maybe see how it goes on ebay

@Turboswag Not a bad idea, didn't think of that one :)

@AdamFL Valid point, it wont be hot forever but should get a good stretch out of it. I dont think HTC would be to fussed with copyright infringements though.
